Nursing Home Enrichment Programme
Our Nursing Home Enrichment Programme is tasked primarily with the purpose of promoting healthy social interactions, physical mobility, and cognitive function. These are achieved through a variety of activities. Some of our activities include music, singing, drama, arts & crafts, games and food!
Elderly Befriending
CHANGE Community Services seek to provide targeted social support through befriending to residents having little to no social-emotional support from family or friends. It is through these simple acts of kindness; listening without judgement or prejudice, showing care and concern, and sharing in mutually enjoyable activities that the feelings of loneliness, isolation, feeling of dependence and the feeling of being a burden are elevated.

Religious Service
During the Covid pandemic in 2019, we partnered with Emmanuel Assembly of God Church to provide Online Christian Services to meet the spiritual needs of elderly residents at various nursing homes. We believe that through meeting these needs, individuals would find meaning, purpose, hope and faith – elements vital for growth and well-being. Services offered to the residents include:
- Worship
- Sharing of the Biblical Word
- Prayer, spiritual and emotional support
- Companionship through activities
