Our counselling services aim to provide a safe place of support for people who are journeying through challenges in life. These services are available to individuals, couples and families who may be working through issues such as stress, anger management, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship and marital issues, and domestic abuse (emotional/ physical).
All of our counsellors are professionally trained and certified.

Meet Our Counsellors
Cindy Lim
Principal Counsellor
Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from National University of Singapore and a Masters in Counselling from Monash University. She adopts an integrative psychotherapy approach that tailors to client’s unique personality and circumstance in her practice.
She uses various evidence-based therapeutic methods and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Her focus is enabling client to facilitate personal change, empowering clients to navigate challenges and asserting influence over their circumstances.
Cindy is also a seasoned Human Resource Practitioner who provides business leaders forward looking human capital solution. She volunteers at Workforce Singapore (WSG) as Career Advisor where she provides individuals with job-specific career advice, industry insights and emerging skills to make informed career decisions.
David Foo
Counsellor
David holds a Master of Counselling from Monash University, Australia. He is certified in a number of programs such as HBDI (Herrmann Whole brain), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and DISC (Dominant Influencing Stable Compliant).
David has worked with a wide range of clients with diverse issues. He primarily uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to treat his clients’ diverse issues. He also uses a collaborative approach to help his clients face their challenges and develop a sense of empowerment so they can lead purposeful and meaning lives.
He is also a well sought-after speaker on various topics relating to the human brain, mind and mental wellness – both locally and overseas.
