2024
Friends of MSF Award
Change Community Services was nominated for the Friends of MSF award for our contribution and support to MSF PEERS (Partners Engaging and Empowering Rough Sleepers) Network’s efforts since 2020. It is in recognition of our efforts and working with the ministry to build a more caring and inclusive society.
Silver Award
In acknowledgement of our volunteer support and contribution to the elderly residents at the Nursing Homes, NTUC Health awarded our organisation with the Silver Award.
2023
President’s Certificate of Commendation (COVID-19) Award
In June, we received the President’s Certificate of Commendation (COVID-19) Award. This distinction is granted by the government to CHANGE Community Services for our contributions to the PEERS (Partners Engaging and Empowering Rough Sleepers) Network. Our efforts were recognised for being instrumental in making a positive difference and impact to the lives of our rough sleeping friends during the Covid-19 pandemic.

2022
Star Partner Award of the Public Sector Transformation Awards (COVID Supplementary Cycle)
In July, we were presented with the Inspiring and Giving Hope – Stars Partners Award of the Public Sector Transformation Awards (COVID Supplementary Cycle)! The award was given by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to celebrate those who have been an inspiration and role model to fellow partners in contributing to the efforts towards helping the rough sleeping and homeless community.

In January, we proudly received the MSF Community Cares Awards. This recognition acknowledges the dedication of both organisations and individuals who passionately drive social change, strive to do good for society, and in so doing, inspire those around them.

Friends of Lions Home Award
We are honored to have received the ‘Friends of Lions Home Award’ in recognition of our unwavering commitment and dedicated efforts in serving the senior residents of the Nursing Home. This award is a testament to our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our beloved seniors.
